All our shipments have a tracking number, which is communicated to the customer when their package is dispatched. When validating his order, the customer can choose different delivery methods (home or parcel relay). The accessories are only shipped by La Poste Lettre Suivie. Packages can be delivered by the following carriers, if available for the customer's country of destination:
- Relais Colis
- Mondial Relay
- Chronopost Relais
- Mondial Relay Domicile
- Colissimo International
- Fedex International Priority
Not all carriers are available for all countries.
Les commandes peuvent également être retirées à l’atelier pour les clients résidant dans le Rhône. Si ce mode de livraison est choisi, un rendez-vous sera convenu entre Lalie Custom Shoes et le client lorsque sa commande sera disponible.
SHIPPING COSTS AND FEES
Shipping costs are calculated according to the package weight and the country of destination (delivery address provided by the customer). Shipping costs are automatically updated on the order page, before the payment process.
Prices DO NOT included custom taxes. For customers outside EU, please note that you can be charged with additional custom taxes. Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery times communicated to the customer are indicative and cannot be the subject of a complaint or order cancellation in the event of a delay. On average, carriers indicate a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days for France, 7 to 10 days to Europe.
RETURNS AND REFUND
In accordance with French Law L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. By ordering a personalized item, the customer thus waives his right to retract. The customer will therefore take care to order the correct size, or even to try on the desired shoe model in a store.
Accessories and non-personalized products may benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for by law. The customer has a legal period of 14 days to notify Lalie Custom Shoes of his desire to return an item and ship it. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. Items must be returned new and unworn, in their original packaging. Once the items have been received, Lalie Custom Shoes will verify the conformity of the goods before any refund.
